I. VỊ TRÍ CÔNG VIỆC
Vị trí: Nhân viên thiết kế nội thất
Phòng ban: Phòng thiết kế
II. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Lên ý tưởng thiết kế nội thất thành hình ảnh trực quan.
- Triển khai thiết kế 2D- 3D, chi tiết bản vẽ rời, bóc tách bản vẽ.
- Thường xuyên cập nhật những xu hướng mới, nghiên cứu thị hiếu của khách hàng nhằm tạo ra những sản phẩm thiết kế chất lượng và phù hợp với thị trường.
- Lên ý tưởng thiết kế và hoàn thành công việc theo đúng tiến độ đã được giao
- Giám sát thi công lắp đặt và nghiệm thu sau lắp đặt với đội thi công.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban có liên quan để hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch đề ra.
- Chủ động nghiên cứu, cập nhật các phần mềm, chương trình thiết kế mới để ứng dụng vào công tác thiết kế của doanh nghiệp.
III. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Tốt nghiệp đại học, cao đẳng chuyên ngành kiến trúc, xây dựng, thiết kế.
- Thành thạo thiết kế 2D/ 3D.
- Thành thạo tốt các phần mềm 3D Max, Auto CAD, Sketchup, Vray … và các phần mềm liên quan.
- Trung thực, nhiệt tình, cẩn thận, tận tâm có trách nhiệm với công việc.
- Chủ động, ham học hỏi và nỗ lực phát triển bản thân.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập.
- Có niềm yêu thích đặc biệt với thiết kế thông minh & nội thất thông minh.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm.
IV. PHÚC LỢI
- Lương cứng từ 8.000.000- 15.000.000 (deal theo năng lực) + Lương tháng 13.
- Có cơ hội sáng tạo, phát triển tối đa năng lực của bản thân.
- Thưởng KPI, thưởng cuối năm.
- Hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ đãi ngộ theo quy định của Luật lao động hiện hành và công ty
- Môi trường làm việc năng động, trẻ trung, đầy nhiệt huyết
- Lương thử việc 85%, thời gian thử việc: 2 tháng.
